According to the lawsuits of prosecutors of Transcarpathia, the developers will pay communities more than 4 million hryvnias in share participation

Since the beginning of 2025, 12 lawsuits from the prosecutor's office regarding the collection of funds for the share participation in infrastructure development have been satisfied in Transcarpathia, from which construction contractors had evaded payment. The total amount is over 4 million UAH.
In September–October, the Economic Court of the Transcarpathian region collected over 1.5 million UAH from unscrupulous developers to local budgets based on the claims of the Khust District Prosecutor's Office.
In particular, in the city of Khust, a developer was ordered to pay over 1 million UAH. This concerns the share participation for infrastructure development that he was supposed to contribute for the construction of a multi-storey building in the city center.
Another case occurred in the village of Dovhe. Here, the defendant tried to avoid paying 130 thousand UAH in share participation for his commercial premises (a store), which was supposed to go towards the development of the infrastructure of the united territorial community.
In addition, over 560 thousand UAH in share participation has been ordered to be paid by the developer of the multi-storey building based on the claim of the Uzhhorod District Prosecutor's Office. He attempted to evade payment for a commercial property with an area of over 900 sq. m. An additional 315 thousand UAH will be paid by the developer to the Berehiv territorial community for the construction of a hotel.
The funds paid by the developers will contribute to the development of the region's infrastructure and improve the landscaping of the territorial communities in the region.
