By the lawsuit of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Western region, the court recognized the state's right to use a land plot of 3.3 hectares, which belongs to a military town in Lviv region.

It was established that the land, valued at 30 million hryvnias, was under the use of the defense department; however, it was illegally classified as forest fund land, which effectively limited its use for defense purposes.

The Appellate Economic Court agreed with the prosecutors' arguments – it canceled the previous decision and fully satisfied the claim.

In addition, the court is considering another similar case regarding a land plot of 38 hectares of the same military town.

The prosecution continues to defend the interests of the state and protect the lands belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
