Prosecutors of the Kryvyi Rih Eastern District Prosecutor's Office discovered facts of illegal withdrawal of forest fund land from state ownership. As a result of the inventory of land in the territory of the Apostolivska community, the plots were registered as communal property and removed from the forest fund in violation of land legislation requirements.  

In order to restore the interests of the state, the prosecutor's office filed lawsuits in court. Four lawsuits have currently been fully satisfied. 

The district prosecutor's office ensured the actual enforcement of court decisions and effectively returned 72 hectares of forest management land to state ownership.
