On June 25, 2025, in the morning, Russian troops directed an FPV drone at Pokrovsk. A "VAZ-2101" car, which was carrying civilians, came under enemy fire. As a result of the attack, a man was killed, and a woman sustained mine-explosive and traumatic brain injuries, as well as shrapnel wounds.

Just 20 minutes later, the occupiers also used a drone to shell Kostiantynivka. On one of the streets, a woman sustained bodily injuries in the form of a mine-explosive injury and hand wounds. Subsequently, the Russian army struck the city again. As a result of an FPV drone strike at a residential area, a man was injured.

The Russian troops also targeted the village of Torske in the Druzhkivka territorial community. The private sector was hit by the "Geran-2" UAV, where a woman was injured. She was diagnosed with shrapnel wounds to the head, chest, forearm, thigh, and a concussion.

All the injured received qualified medical assistance. Among the damaged objects were private houses, outbuildings, garage premises, and vehicles.

At 10:00, the Russian army carried out an airstrike on the village of Hryhorivka in the Kupiansk district. Preliminary reports indicate that the occupiers dropped four FAB-250 bombs on the settlement. More than 10 households were damaged.

Around 14:30, the armed forces of the Russian Federation shelled the village of Petro-Ivanivka in the Kupiansk district. A 60-year-old man was killed.

Throughout June 25, 2025, the Russian army also attacked settlements in the Kherson region using artillery, including rocket artillery, as well as UAVs. 

In the village of Chervonyi Mayak, a 55-year-old man was killed. He sustained injuries incompatible with life as a result of being hit by a drone. In the village of Sofiivka, a 39-year-old employee of a gardening society was killed due to the effects of artillery shelling. 

Due to artillery shelling in Daryivka and Antonivka, four people were injured. All of them were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity. 

Another man was injured in Antonivka as a result of explosives being dropped from a drone around 14:40. 

Under the procedural guidance of the Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, and Pokrovsk district prosecutors of Donetsk region, the Kupiansk district prosecutor's office of Kharkiv region, and the prosecutors' offices of Kherson region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated in criminal proceedings regarding war crimes (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
