In the morning of July 3, 2025, the Russian armed forces dropped a "FAB-250" with an UMPC module on Kostiantynivka. Residential buildings were caught in the impact zone. A woman sustained a laceration to her arm at her place of residence. A few hours later, the enemy attacked the city again, this time using the "Smerch" multiple rocket launcher. A 72-year-old pensioner sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds while at a public transport stop.
Additionally, Bilytske came under enemy fire. As a result of the attack, two men aged 54 and 66 died from injuries incompatible with life. Another civilian was diagnosed with shrapnel wounds. She received qualified medical assistance.
The occupiers also struck Pokrovsk. Two local residents were killed by the impact of munitions on the private sector. The type of weapon is being determined.
At least 9 apartment buildings, 3 garages, the facade of a store, and a power line were damaged in the settlements.
On July 3, around 12:50, the Russian armed forces attacked the port infrastructure of Odesa. According to preliminary data, the attack was carried out with an "Iskander-M" ballistic missile.
As a result of the missile strike, two people were killed, and another 8 were injured. Among the injured are crew members of a foreign civilian vessel that was in the port. Port infrastructure facilities and a civilian ship were damaged.
Also, on July 3, the Russian armed forces carried out a massive drone strike on Poltava. Currently, it is known that 2 people were killed and 24 were injured. The number of casualties is being clarified. Residential buildings, civilian vehicles, and store premises were damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk district and Odesa and Poltava regional prosecutors' offices, pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
