Died and injured as a result of an enemy UAV attack in Odessa and the region - prosecutors began investigations

On the night of June 28, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked Odesa and the region with strike drones. It has been preliminarily established that the enemy used more than 20 UAVs.

As a result of the attack, two local residents were killed, and 17 were injured and experienced acute stress reactions, including three boys aged 3, 7, and 14 years. Data on other possible victims is being clarified.

A 21-story building, outbuildings on the territory of a private household, an administrative building, warehouse premises of a private enterprise, a building of a non-operational gas station, and vehicles were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes that resulted in loss of life (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
