Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on June 21, 2025, at 21:20, Russian troops dropped aerial bombs on the private sector of Sloviansk. As a result of the attack, a 17-year-old boy was killed. His 44-year-old mother and two other local residents sustained multiple shrapnel wounds and mine-explosive injuries. They received qualified medical assistance.

The enemy also struck Kramatorsk. One of the munitions hit a multi-apartment residential building, part of which collapsed. Two men, aged 69 and 85, were injured. They were diagnosed with closed traumatic brain injuries and mine-explosive injuries, concussion, fractures, shrapnel wounds, and multiple contusions.

The final number of casualties is being established. Civilians may still be trapped under the rubble.

According to preliminary data, the occupiers shelled populated areas using FAB-250 bombs with an UMPC module. Five multi-story buildings and 32 private houses were damaged.

Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of enemy attacks on the civilian population by representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
