The Zakarpattia Regional Prosecutor's Office, together with the Territorial Administration of the State Bureau of Investigation in the Zakarpattia region, has completed the pre-trial investigation in a criminal proceeding regarding tax evasion by the founder of a company specializing in the construction of apartment buildings. 

His actions have been classified under part 1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The investigation established that the individual, having access to the personal identification data of property owners, ensured the completion of the final stage of repair work in 56 apartments of the new building. The funds received for this work were not reflected in his tax declaration, which allowed him to evade the payment of over 3.7 million UAH in taxes and military fees.

During the pre-trial investigation, the prosecutor's office ensured the compensation for the damage caused by the company's founder. The materials of the criminal proceeding have been sent to court for a decision.
