By the lawsuit of the prosecutors of the Shevchenkivskyi District Prosecutor's Office of Zaporizhzhia, the court ordered the medical institution to repair the civil protection shelter with an area of 551.6 sq.m.

The prosecutors established that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the hospital, which is responsible for the shelter, had not ensured proper maintenance of the premises. Hospital staff and patients could not safely use the shelter during emergencies: the premises required restoration to an appropriate technical condition.

The medical institution complied with the court decision: a major repair was carried out in the shelter, and the ventilation system was updated. The premises are fully prepared to provide protection for staff, patients, and other visitors to the hospital during air alerts.
