Prosecutors of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office have sent an indictment to the court regarding a 35-year-old former television presenter of sanctioned channels, who during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine spread videos on his YouTube channel justifying the actions of the aggressor country.

The accused's channel had more than 203 thousand subscribers. In videos published in 2023 – 2024, the blogger convinced the audience that Russia is not an aggressor and presented pro-Russian narratives claiming that there were significant reasons for Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The host of the channel and his guests, while in Ukraine and daily witnessing the tragic consequences of Russia's actions, asserted that there is no war, referring to it as "their own".

In January 2025, he was notified of suspicion of justifying, recognizing as lawful, and denying the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (Part 2, Part 3 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Currently, the pre-trial investigation has been completed, and the indictment has been sent to the Kyiv-Sviatoshyn District Court of Kyiv.

The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of five to eight years with or without confiscation of property.

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region.
