Collected Intelligence on the military of the Armed Forces in Nikolaev - prosecutors reported suspicion

Under the procedural guidance of the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a local resident has been notified of suspicion for the unauthorized dissemination of information about the movement and placement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under martial law (Part 3 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, the suspect was driving around the regional center and using electronic maps to record the locations of Ukrainian military personnel. He paid particular attention to locations with a high concentration of personnel and military equipment. He transmitted intelligence data through an agent of the Russian special services, Sergey Lebedev, known by the alias "Lohmaty".

The court has chosen a preventive measure for the suspect - detention without the right to bail.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
