The land manager and chief architect of one of the village councils of the Buchan district are suspected of seizing the land plot

Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv-Sviatoshyn District Prosecutor's Office, a land surveyor from one of the village councils in the Bucha district has been notified of suspicion for using a knowingly forged document and for fraudulently acquiring a land plot (Part 4 of Article 358, Part 3 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), as well as the chief architect of the village council for aiding in the use of a knowingly forged document and for fraudulently acquiring someone else's property (Part 2 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 358, and Part 3 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, the suspects provided a knowingly forged decision of the village council to carry out registration actions with the aim of acquiring a land plot in the Bucha district.

As a result of the illegal actions, the specified land plot was transferred to private ownership, causing damages to the territorial community amounting to over 200,000 UAH.

A seizure has been imposed on the land plot, prohibiting any actions regarding possession, use, and disposal of it.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Bucha District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region with operational support from the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Note: According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
