Офіс Генерального прокурора спільно зі Службою безпеки України викрили чинного народного депутата від забороненої партії ОПЗЖ Федора Христенка в державній зраді. Він виявився резидентом (старшим агентом) фсб рф, працював на напрямку посилення російського впливу на Національне антикорупційне бюро України (НАБУ). 

Після початку повномасштабного вторгнення Федір Христенко втік за кордон і звідти продовжував свою протиправну діяльність. Встановлено, що народного депутата фсб рф завербувала в період правління В. Януковича, і він активно виконував завдання російської спецслужби під час «Революції Гідності». 

Під час розслідування здобуто докази його тісних контактів із Юрієм Іванющенком – резидентом спецслужб росії на території так званої «ДНР» та колаборантом, нині вже покійним, Арменом Саркісяном. 

За даними слідства підозрюваний Федір Христенко також налагодив тісні стосунки з окремими керівниками НАБУ. 

Серед них – один із начальників міжрегіональних управлінь детективів НАБУ Руслан Магамедрасулов, якому сьогодні прокуратура повідомила про підозру в пособництві державі-агресору.  

Інший посадовець, з яким у народного депутата відбувалися контакти, – керівник підрозділу детективів НАБУ Олександр Скомаров. Є докази, що дружина Скомарова в 2022 році покидала країну на автомобілі, що належав сімʼї нардепа-втікача Христенка. 

Задокументовано, що підлеглі Олександра Скомарова детективи НАБУ за дорученням народного депутата Христенка допомогли перетнути державний кордон Геннадію Боголюбову. Зокрема встановлено, що двоє співробітників Бюро супроводжували олігарха-втікача в потягу, під час його втечі за кордон.

Крім того, за наявною в слідства інформацією, інший український олігарх Ігор Коломойський теж планував вирішити свої кримінальні справи за допомогою Олександра Скомарова, у разі його перемоги в конкурсі на керівника Бюро економічної безпеки, де він брав участь.

Прокурори Офісу Генпрокурора народному депутату Федору Христенко заочно повідомили про підозру в державній зраді, вчиненій за попередньою змовою групою осіб в умовах воєнного стану за ч. 2 ст. 28 ч. 1, ч. 2 ст. 111 та зловживанні впливом за. ч. 2 ст. 369-2 Кримінального кодексу України.

Досудове розслідування триває. За процесуального керівництва Офісу Генпрокурора Служба безпеки України продовжує документувати факти можливих агентурних проникнень російських спецслужб в Національне антикорупційне бюро та викривати працівників, які з ними співпрацюють.

The current MP from the banned banned "Opposition Platform — For Life" (OPZZh) turned out to be a senior agent of the federal security services of the russian federation. He was notified of suspicion of treason and influence on the NABU

The Prosecutor General's Office along with the Security Service of Ukraine exposed the current MP of the banned "Opposition Platform — For Life" (OPZZh) Fedor Khrystenko for high treason. He turned out to be a resident (senior agent) of the federal security services of the russian federation, working to strengthen russian influence on the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). 

After the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Fedor Khristenko fled abroad and continued his illegal activities from there. It has been established that the People's Deputy was recruited by the federal security services of the russian federation during the regime of V. Yanukovych, and he actively carried out tasks for the russian special services during the "Revolution of Dignity".

During the investigation, evidence was obtained of his close contacts with Yuri Ivanyushchenko, a resident of the Russian special services in the territory of the so-called "DPR" and a collaborator, now deceased, Armen Sarkissian.

According to the investigation, the suspect Fedir Khrystenko also established close relations with individual NABU officials.

Among them is one of the heads of the interregional departments of NABU detectives, Ruslan Maghamedrasulov, who was today notified by the prosecutor's office of suspicion of aiding the aggressor state.

Another official with whom the MP had contact is the head of the NABU detective unit, Oleksandr Skomarov. There is evidence that Skomarov's wife left the country in 2022 in a car belonging to the family of fugitive MP Khrystenko.

It has been documented that subordinates of Oleksandr Skomarov, NABU detectives, on behalf of MP Khrystenko, helped Gennady Bogolyubov cross the state border. In particular, it was established that two employees of the Bureau accompanied the fugitive oligarch on a train during his escape abroad.

In addition, according to information available to the investigation, another Ukrainian oligarch, Ihor Kolomoisky, also planned to resolve his criminal cases with the help of Oleksandr Skomarov, if he won the competition for the head of the Bureau of Economic Security, in which he participated.

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office notified the People's Deputy Fedor Khrystenko in absentia of suspicion for high treason committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons under martial law under paragraph 2 of Art28 paragraph 1, paragraph 2 of Art 111 and abuse of influence under paragraph 2 of Art 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. Under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Security Service of Ukraine continues to document the facts of possible russian intelligence infiltrations into the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and expose employees who cooperate with them.
