За процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора слідчі ДБР розслідують кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 368, ч 1 ст. 309 КК України.

Підозрювані у справі є: вже колишній начальник Головного управління Держпродспоживслужби у Вінницькій області та ексначальник Вінницького районного управління Держпродспоживслужби.

Історія триває з квітня 2025 року, коли посадовці запропонували своєму підлеглому за хабар у розмірі 12 тис доларів США видати йому службове житло у м. Немирів. Аванс працівник повинен був віддати на початку, а решта – після отримання житла у власність.

Під час одержання 6 тис доларів США, як частини обумовленої суми неправомірної вигоди 24 квітня тоді ще начальника Вінницького райуправління Держпродспоживслужби було затримано. Йому повідомлено про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 368 КК України та обрано запобіжний захід.

У подальшому в межах розслідування були здобуті докази вини іншого посадовця, який на той час був начальником Головного управління Держпродспоживслужби у Вінницькій області. Під час обшуку за місцем його проживання, зокрема був вилучений кокаїн та метамфетамін, який він зберігав.

За процесуального керівництва прокуратури 8 серпня йому також повідомлено про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 368 та ч 1 ст. 309 КК України.

До суду скеровано клопотання про обрання запобіжного заходу у вигляді тримання під вартою із можливістю внесення застави у розмірі понад 3 млн грн.

Досудове розслідування триває. Процесуальне керівництво здійснює Офіс Генерального прокурора, оперативний супровід Головне оперативне управління ДБР.

Примітка: відповідно до ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

The former leadership of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer of the Vinnytsia region is suspected of corruption and abuse of –, official housing was provided for bribes

Under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office, the SBI investigators are investigating criminal proceedings under part 3 of Art 368, part 1 of Art 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The suspects in the case are: the former head of the Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer of the Vinnytsia region and the ex-head of the Vinnytsia District Department of the State Production and Consumer Service.

Case has been going on since April 2025, when officials offered their subordinate a USD 12 000 bribe to provide him with official housing in the city of Nemyriv. The employee was supposed to pay in advance at the beginning, and the rest after receiving ownership of the housing.

While receiving 6 thousand US dollars as portion of the agreed amount of illegal gain on April 24, the then head of the Vinnytsia District Department of the State Production and Consumer Service. He was notified of suspicion under part 3 of Art 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and a preventive measure was chosen.

Later, as part of the investigation, evidence of the guilt of another official, who at that time was the head of the Main Department of the State Production and Consumer Service in the Vinnytsia region, was obtained. During the search of his place of residence, in particular, cocaine and methamphetamine, which he stored, were seized.

Under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor's Office, on August 8, he was also notified of suspicion under part 3 of Art. 368 and part 1 of Art. 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

 A motion was sent to trial to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention with the bail option in the amount of more than UAH 3 million. 

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. Procedural supervision is carried out by the Prosecutor General’s Office, operational support by the Main Operational Department of the SBI.
