Прокурорами Офісу Генерального прокурора повідомлено про підозру заступнику керівника одного з підрозділів детективів Національного антикорупційного бюро України за внесення завідомо недостовірних відомостей до щорічної декларації.

Встановлено, що в 2023 році працівник НАБУ спільно зі своєю дружиною придбали квартиру в одному із обласних центрів на заході України за 98500 доларів США. 

За даними слідства факт надбання квартири, у якій його сім’я почала проживати на постійній основі, правоохоронець приховав, оформивши житло на іншу особу. 

Поряд із цим, щоб не відображати майно у щорічній декларації як власне, підозрюваний уклав зі своєю знайомою договір його оренди.

Таким чином, указаний працівник НАБУ вніс завідомо недостовірні відомості до декларації особи, уповноваженої на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування, за 2023 рік, що відрізняються від достовірних, на суму понад 4,3 млн. грн. 

На цей час правоохоронцю повідомлено про підозру за ч. 1 ст. 366-2 КК України. 

У разі доведення вини, підозрюваному загрожує покарання у вигляді обмеження волі на строк до двох років, з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади чи займатися певною діяльністю на строк до трьох років.

За процесуального керівництва ОГП досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснюється Міжвідомчою слідчою групою у складі слідчих підрозділів Головного слідчого управління ДБР та слідчого управління Головного управління СБУ у м. Києві та Київській області за оперативного супроводу СБУ.

Примітка: відповідно до ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

The NABU official was notified of suspicion of declaring inaccurate information in the amount of more than UAH 4.3 million

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General’s Office notified the deputy head of one of the detective units of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine of suspicion for entering knowingly inaccurate information into the annual declaration.

It was established that in 2023, the NABU officer together with his wife bought an apartment in one of the regional centers in the west of Ukraine for USD 98 500.

According to the investigation, the law enforcement officer hid the fact of acquiring an apartment in which his family began to live on a permanent basis, by registering housing for another person.

Along with this, in order not to reflect the property in the annual declaration as its own, the suspect concluded a lease agreement with his acquaintance.

Thus, the specified NABU officer entered knowingly inaccurate information into the declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government for 2023, which differs from reliable information, in the amount of more than UAH 4.3 million.

At this time, the law enforcement officer has been notified of suspicion under part 1 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

If proven guilty, the suspect faces a penalty of restriction of liberty for a term of up to two years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years.

Under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by the Interdepartmental Investigative Group as part of the investigative units of the Main Investigative Department of the SBI and the Investigative Department of the Main Department of the SSU in Kyiv and the Kyiv region with operational support from the SSU.

Note: In accordance with Article 62 of the Constitution states a person shall be presumed innocent of a crime and shall not be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt has been proved legally and established by a court conviction.
