Повернення земель законним власникам і забезпечення доступу до водних об’єктів — це не лише відновлення справедливості, а й реальна підтримка громад. Завдяки прокурорам ділянки водного фонду знову служать людям, а кошти від їх використання надходитимуть до місцевого бюджету. Це дає нові можливості для розвитку, більше ресурсів для інфраструктури та соціальних потреб, що має сприяти підтримці добробуту людей.

На Вінниччині прокуратура забезпечила виконання судових рішень про повернення у розпорядження Барської міської громади водосховищ Барське, Нове та Фольваркське, що мають екологічну цінність і слугують місцем відпочинку для людей. Загальна їх площа становить 967 га.

Більше того, водосховище Барське є об’єктом природно-заповідного фонду і входить до території орнітологічного заказника місцевого значення «Барський». Орнітофауна у заказнику налічує 20 видів.

Прокурори встановили, що приватне підприємство тривалий час незаконно використовувало водні об’єкти для розведення риби, посилаючись на статус правонаступника ліквідованої юридичної особи, яка отримала державні акти на постійне користування землями водного фонду. Крім того, за користування водоймами не сплачувалися кошти до місцевого бюджету.

Господарський суд підтримав позицію прокуратури. На цей час рішення суду виконано. Відтепер водоймищами розпоряджатиметься громада.

In Vinnytsia region the Prosecutor's Office has ensured the implementation of court decisions to return to the disposal of the Bar Cty Community of the Bar, Nove, and Folvarkske reservoirs, which have ecological value and serve as a place of recreation for people. Their total area is 967 hectares

Moreover, the Bar reservoir is an object of the nature reserve fund and is part of the territory of the ornithological reserve of local importance «Barsky». The ornithofauna in the reserve includes 20 species.

Prosecutors found that the private enterprise had illegally used water bodies for fish breeding for a long time, citing the status of the legal successor of the liquidated legal entity, which obtained state acts for the permanent use of water fund lands. In addition, no funds were paid to the local budget for the use of reservoirs.

The Commercial Court supported the position of the Prosecutor's Office. At this time, the court's decision has been implemented. From now on, the reservoirs will be managed by the community.
