Офісом Генерального прокурора проводиться активна робота щодо захисту інтересів держави у бюджетній сфері, зокрема, установлено безпідставну сплату оборонним відомством коштів як ПДВ приватним суб’єктам господарювання на виконання договорів про постачання пально-мастильних матеріалів для потреб Збройних Сил України.

Прокурори Спеціалізованої прокуратури у сфері оборони Офісу Генерального прокурора упродовж 2023-2025 років домоглися ухвалення низки рішень судами на користь держави про стягнення з приватних суб’єктів господарювання коштів, сплачених як ПДВ на виконання таких договорів, а також стягнення штрафних санкцій за користування такими коштами.

У поточному році Офісом Генерального прокурора забезпечено реальне виконання вищевказаних судових рішень на загальну суму 320 млн гривень.

Лише протягом останніх тижнів забезпечено реальне виконання 3 судових рішень та поповнено бюджет оборонного відомства на суму понад 20 млн гривень.

Спеціалізована прокуратура у сфері оборони і надалі відстоюватиме інтереси держави у бюджетній сфері.

The Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Field of Defense of the Prosecutor General Office ensured replenishment of UAH 320 million to the budget

The Prosecutor General’s Office is actively working to protect the interests of the state in the budgetary sphere, in particular, it has been established the unjustified payment by the Ministry of Defense of funds as VAT to private business entities for the implementation of contracts on the supply of fuel and lubricants for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During 2023-2025, the prosecutors of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Field of Defense of the Prosecutor General`s Office managed to pass a number of decisions by the courts in favor of the state on the collection of funds paid as VAT for the execution of such contracts from private economic entities, as well as the collection of fines for the use of such funds.

In the current year, the Prosecutor General’s Office ensured the enforecement of the above-mentioned court decisions for a total amount of UAH 320 million.

Only in recent weeks, the enforcement of 3 сourt decisions was ensured and the budget of the defense department was replenished in the amount of more than UAH 20 million.

The Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Field of Defense will continue to defend the interests of the state in the budgetary sphere.
