Прокурори Офісу Генерального прокурора повідомили про підозру оперативному співробітнику установи «Виправна колонія № 7» у володимирській області рф. Йому інкримінують вчинення воєнних злочинів - жорстокому поводженні з військовополоненими та інших порушеннях законів і звичаїв війни, вчинених за попередньою змовою групою осіб (ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 1 ст. 438 КК України).

За даними слідства, у колонії системно застосовувались катування, сексуальне насильство та приниження гідності українських захисників, спрямоване на знищення національної ідентичності військовополонених. Серед зафіксованих фактів:

• змушували оголених полонених торкатися один одного та імітувати гомосексуальні дії;

• під час прогулянок на повністю оголених українських полонених нацьковували службових собак;

• утримували хворих на коросту без одягу у спільних приміщеннях;

• застосовували тортури електричним струмом до різних частин тіла, зокрема до статевих органів;

• примушували вчиняти дії, які мали свідчити про їхню нібито гомосексуальну орієнтацію.

Окрім цього встановлено, що підозрюваний систематично застосовував фізичне насильство та утримував військовополонених у нелюдських умовах, що призводило до тяжких фізичних і психологічних наслідків.

Усі ці знущання відбувалися публічно — на очах у керівництва колонії, охорони, співробітників спецпідрозділів та інших осіб.

Це вже другий встановлений підозрюваний у кримінальному провадженні стосовно воєнних злочинів у «Виправній колонії № 7».

Досудове розслідування здійснюють слідчі ГСУ Служби безпеки України. Для встановлення обставин злочинів залучено також ГУР МО. Оперативний супровід - ДКР Нацполіції України.

War crimes against Ukrainian prisoners of war. One more employee of the correctional colony of the russian federation was notified of suspicion

Prosecutors of Prosecutor General’s Office notified of suspicion an operative of the institution «Correctional colony № 7» in the volodymyr region of the russian federation. He is charged with committing war crimes – ill-treatment of prisoners of war and other violations of the laws and customs of war committed by a group of persons following a prior conspiracy(part 2 of Art 28, part 1 of Art 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). 

According to the investigation, torture, sexual violence and humiliation of Ukrainian defenders aimed at destroying the national identity of prisoners of war were systematically used in the colony. Among the recorded facts:

* forced naked captives to touch each other and imitate homosexual acts;

*during walks,the service dogs were set on completely naked Ukrainian prisoners;

* kept patients with scabies without clothes in common premises;

* electric shock torture was applied to various parts of the body, particularly the genitals;

* were forced to commit acts that were supposed to indicate their alleged homosexual orientation.

In addition, it was established that the suspect systematically used physical violence and kept prisoners of war in inhumane conditions, which led to serious physical and psychological consequences.

All these abuses took place in public — in front of the colony's leadership, security, special forces officers and others.

This is the second identified suspect in war crimes criminal proceedings at «Correctional Facility № 7».

Pre-trial investigation is carried out by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the Security Service of Ukraine. To establish the circumstances of the crimes, the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine is also involved.
