Message of poorness
By the order of the Prosecutor General dated December 29, 2022, No. 293, the Procedure for conducting a secret integrity check of prosecutors has been approved in a new edition (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure).
In accordance with part five of Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Prosecutor's Office," every prosecutor is required to undergo a secret integrity check annually in the manner approved by the Prosecutor General. For this purpose, according to paragraph 3 of Section II of the Procedure, from January 1 to March 31 (inclusive) each year, prosecutors are obliged to personally submit a Declaration of Integrity by filling it out on the official website of the Office of the Prosecutor General at the address: https://integrity.gp.gov.ua in the form and according to the rules defined in Appendix 1 to the Procedure.
After the prosecutors submit their Declarations of Integrity, they are published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General, except during the period of martial law in the country.
Before the end of the calendar year in which the Declaration of Integrity was submitted, any person has the right to report information that may indicate the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of one or more statements made by the prosecutor in the Declaration of Integrity.
The reason for conducting a secret integrity check of a prosecutor may be information indicating the inaccuracy of one or more statements made by the prosecutor in the Declaration of Integrity.
If such information is available, any person may provide it to the Internal Security Department of the General Inspection of the Office of the Prosecutor General in one of the most convenient ways listed below.
According to the established procedure, such a report must necessarily include information concerning a specific prosecutor and contain factual data that can be verified regarding the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of the statements made in the Declaration of Integrity. Only under such conditions will the provided information be subject to verification.
To report to whistleblowers about possible facts of corruption or related offenses, and other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" committed by employees of the prosecutor's offices, the Office of the Prosecutor General, through the Internal Security Department of the General Inspection, has organized internal channels for submitting reports in accordance with Article 539 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption":

- by filling out a form on the official website of the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding possible facts of corruption offenses or related offenses:

The information received about corruption and related offenses committed by employees of the prosecutor's offices may be subject to checks by the Internal Security Department of the General Inspection.
The acceptance of reports in the Office of the Prosecutor General is conducted during working hours daily, except on weekends, while reports received at the "trust email" and through the form on the official website of the Office of the Prosecutor General are accepted around the clock.
