За процесуального керівництва Дніпровської спеціалізованої прокуратури у сфері оборони Східного регіону повідомлено про підозру військовослужбовцю однієї з військових частин Державної спеціальної служби транспорту Міністерства оборони України.

За даними слідства, мобілізований боєць на етапі проходження загальновійськової підготовки встановив контакт із представником воєнної розвідки рф. Куратор надавав інструкції щодо збору інформації про розташування особового складу та координати об’єктів військової інфраструктури.

Отримані дані — зокрема щодо чотирьох військових об’єктів на території Дніпропетровської області — передавались співробітнику ГРУ ГШ рф.

Також встановлено, що підозрюваний закликав окупантів до знищення територіального центру комплектування та соціальної підтримки у м. Харків, де його було призвано.

Під час обшуку у військовослужбовця вилучено мобільний телефон із доказами співпраці з ворогом, зокрема — координати українських підрозділів, надіслані у вигляді міток на Google-картах з докладним описом цілей.

Свою «співпрацю» фігурант почав з проросійських публічних коментарів у соцмережах. Саме за ними він і потрапив у поле зору ворожої розвідки.

Завдяки скоординованим діям правоохоронного блоку вдалося запобігти витоку чутливої інформації противнику та своєчасно вжити заходів із захисту об’єктів оборонного значення в зоні ризику.

Йому повідомлено про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 114-2 та ч. 2 ст. 111 КК України — несанкціоноване поширення інформації про переміщення чи розміщення Збройних Сил України в умовах воєнного стану та державна зрада.

Наразі за клопотанням прокурора підозрюваного взято під варту без визначення альтернативного запобіжного заходу.

Досудове розслідування здійснюється слідчим відділом УСБУ в Дніпропетровській області за оперативного супроводу Департаменту військової контррозвідки СБУ.

Примітка: відповідно до ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region a serviceman was exposed on the data leaks about Defense Ministry facilities to the russian federation's main intelligence directorate of the general staff

According to the investigation, the mobilized soldier established contact with a representative of the military intelligence of the russian federation at the stage of general military training. The curator provided instructions for gathering information on the location of personnel and the coordinates of military infrastructure facilities.

The obtained data —, in particular, regarding four military facilities on the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region —, were transferred to an employee of the russian federation's main intelligence directorate of the general staff.

It was also established that the suspect called on the occupiers to destroy the territorial center of recruitment and social support in the city of. Kharkiv, where he was drafted.

During the search, a mobile phone with evidence of cooperation with the enemy was seized from a serviceman, in particular, the — coordinates of Ukrainian units, sent in the form of labels on Google maps with a detailed description of the targets.

The person involved began his “cooperation” with pro-russian public comments on social networks. It was after them that he came into the field of vision of enemy intelligence.

With the coordinated actions of the law enforcement unit, it was possible to prevent the leakage of sensitive information to the enemy and to take timely measures to protect objects of defensive importance in the risk zone.

He was notified of suspicion under part 3 of Art. 114-2 and part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — unauthorized dissemination of information about the movement or placement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under martial law and treason.

Currently, on the motion of the prosecutor, the suspect has been taken into custody without determining an alternative preventive measure.

The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the investigative department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region with the operational support of the Department of Military Counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine.
